Given at the University of Hertfordshire on 10th February 2005, Lord Woolf gives the lecture in honour of the judge, James Kingham. His lecture touches on both the Hunting Act and the Belmarsh detainees, as well as encompassing his views on the sweeping changes in relation to the Lord Chancellor and the new Department for Constitutional Affairs.
