Compiled by Professor Clive Walker, this site contains some useful learning materials on three areas: the House of Commons within the UK Constitution, Ministerial Responsibility Documentation and Policing & the Home Office. There are some key materials here, with the full text of the Cabinet Office Ministerial Code, the Armstrong Memorandum, the Osmotherly Rules and Parliamentary Resolution on Ministerial Accountability. Also useful are some self-test questions and useful website links.
