Jefferson views Malik v Bank of Credit & Commerce International SA (In Liquidation) [1997] 3 All E.R. 1 to gain an insight into the development of implied terms within a contract of employment. The Malik case concerned the possibility of employees of a corrupt company claiming damages for the harm caused to their reputation causing financial loss. Comp. Law 1998, 19(1), 21-24
