Full text of this case concerning free movement of goods and services. An injunction was taken out to by the Swedish Ombudsman to prevent Gourmet from putting alcohol advertising in its magazines. The law against alcohol advertising applies to publications aimed at the general public, and Gourmet argued that as its readers were 90% trade, the prohibition 'constituted to a restriction to the freedom of movement guaranteed under Community law'.
