The site has recently changed, and is split into 4 sections: The Institution, Proceedings, Judicial Cooperation and News. The Institution introduction offers loads of information on what the role of the Courts are and important documents relating to the institution are also available. From Proceedings you can access caselaw by case number, date party name or keywords. The texts of the Judgments, Opinions and Orders are available from June 1997 onwards, however information relating to the cases can be found from 1953 onwards, however this is only availble when searching by case number. Research tools include an alphabetical index of subject matter and a digest of Community case law.
