Euan Cameron, from De Montfort University, Leicester gave this paper at the BILETA conference in April 2002. By his own admission the paper is much concerned with definitions, particularly that of "creativity" and he obviously takes a look at some recent UK cases including that of Cantor Fitzgerald International [2000] FSR 95.
